Erasmus+ Partner Call 2027

Queer young people aged 18–25, particularly those facing geographical, social, cultural, religious, economic, discrimination-related or health-related barriers. Approximately five young people and one group leader per national group are envisaged.

Organisations working directly and responsibly with queer young people and able to reach young people outside the usual Erasmus+ mobility circles. Priority will be given to partners from countries geographically close to Romania because of the project's regional approach.

Conduct a short anonymous needs-mapping process before the application; actively co-design the project; create a safe and inclusive environment; recruit and prepare the national group responsibly; protect participants’ privacy and avoid unnecessary disclosure of sensitive personal information.

Young people aged 18–25, with at least 80% of participants facing fewer opportunities, especially economic, geographical or social barriers and limited access to professional networks, mentorship, career guidance or economic education.

Youth organisations and other eligible organisations able to reach and support young people with fewer opportunities, especially from rural, small-town, peripheral, isolated or low-income contexts.

Reach participants facing genuine and, where possible, cumulative barriers; contribute to needs mapping and co-design; prepare participants for practical and reflective learning; support them in comparing legal income pathways in their countries; follow up on individual action plans after the mobility.

Young people aged 18–25 interested in better understanding themselves and others, intentionally including participants with fewer opportunities. No prior knowledge of psychology or mental health is required.

Organisations working directly with young people, especially in inclusion, wellbeing, creative non-formal education and/or outdoor learning.

Contribute actively to needs mapping and project co-design; reach and responsibly prepare young people, including participants with fewer opportunities; uphold safeguarding, confidentiality, voluntary participation and the right not to disclose; support participant-led preparation, follow-up activities and local transfer of methods.

Approximately 24–28 youth workers, youth leaders, trainers and facilitators from several European countries. No film expertise is required. Participant age and detailed experience profile: To be confirmed.

Organisations active in youth work, non-formal education, social inclusion and/or media literacy.

Contribute to needs mapping and programme co-design; nominate youth workers able to use and transfer the methodology; prepare participants to share relevant practices and examples; uphold safe facilitation and meaningful debriefing; test at least one OFFSCREEN activity locally and contribute feedback towards the toolkit.
